We founded Mountain Quench on the conviction that genuine refreshment should nourish both people and the Earth. Discovering naturally alkaline spring water—known to support hydration, balance, and overall wellness—felt like uncovering nature’s gift. But we wanted to share it responsibly. So, we chose infinitely recyclable cans to protect the earth while offering water that restores, energizes, and refreshes from the inside out. 

 

WATER SOURCE:

Born in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains, our water begins as rain and snowmelt that seep deep into the earth. As it journeys through layers of ancient rock, it is naturally filtered and enriched with essential minerals. Emerging at the mountain’s base, it flows pure, refreshing, and naturally alkaline then sustainably canned to honor and protect the source it comes from. 

NATURAL SPRING WATER BENEFITS:

 Mountain Quench is naturally alkaline due to natural geological processes, rather than artificial treatment. Unlike ionized or electrolyzed water (created using electricity to split molecules) or water alkalized by adding chemicals like baking soda, naturally alkaline water retains beneficial trace minerals. Artificial versions may lack these minerals and could introduce contaminants or deplete the body’s mineral reserves over time. This natural mineral content is what sets it apart and potentially contributes to hydration and pH balance benefits. Mountain Quench delivers bioavailable sources of magnesium, potassium, iron, and more, which aid muscle function, electrolyte balance, and overall vitality—ideal for replacing lost electrolytes during activity. 

SUSTAINABILITY:  

We use only BPA- free aluminum cans that are infinitely recyclable. Plastic bottles are a major contributor to ocean and river pollution. Many plastic bottles contain BPA or other chemicals that can leach into water, especially in heat. Cans protect water from UV light, which can degrade plastic bottles over time and affect taste and safety.
